Here is the latest demo schedule. EMEA on Friday at 14:00 UTC, NAMER at 17:00, APAC on Monday at 02:00. Sales team will be on standby for follow-up demos.

Customer demo schedule attached. EMEA slot has the most signups so far.

Engineering checklist mostly green. Two open issues on the payment flow. one is a vendor 401, the other looks like an idempotency-key collision.

Repro steps in the bug. The 401 only fires on the first request after a token rotation. second request succeeds.
